Life can be overwhelming at times, leaving us feeling stuck, anxious, discouraged, or simply trying to figure out what comes next. Whatever brings you to counseling, I want you to know that you don't have to go through it alone.

I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I am serving clients under the supervision of Rebecca Withee. For many years, I've felt called to become a counselor because I truly believe people can heal, grow, and find hope, even after experiencing some of life's hardest moments. That calling is deeply rooted in my faith, which has been a constant source of strength in my own life and continues to shape the compassion, grace, and empathy I strive to offer others.

I want you to feel safe enough to be vulnerable and unload whatever you've been carrying, knowing that you'll always be met with compassion. Therapy can be emotionally heavy, but it is my hope that each time you leave a session, you leave feeling a little lighter than when you walked in. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

As a wife, mother, and member of the United States Air Force, I understand that life often asks us to carry a lot. Those experiences have taught me the value of resilience, grace, and the healing that can come from having someone sit with you as you find your way forward. Reaching out for help isn't always easy, but it can be the beginning of something meaningful. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you pursue healing, hope, and lasting change.
