I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counseling at Belhaven University and have the privilege of completing my counseling internship with Wells of Life Counseling. My desire to become a counselor stems from a passion for helping others find hope and healing during life’s most difficult seasons. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported in a safe and compassionate environment.
I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions, and I enjoy both individual and group counseling. My counseling approach is influenced by Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
As I continue to grow as a counselor, I look forward to learning from each client I meet. My goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where clients can build on their strengths and move toward the life they envision for themselves.
