I am currently completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. I have additional training in trauma counseling to work with childhood trauma, PTSD, and crisis situations, and am also in training with a heart to help those who suffer from reproductive loss (including miscarriage, stillbirth, infertility and abortion) as well as to work with the entire adoption constellation, offering informed support for prospective adoptive parents, adoptees, and birth/first parents. I work under the guidance of licensed professionals, offering a client-centered safe environment of compassion, empathy, and unconditional acceptance and evidence-based techniques such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I believe counseling is a collaborative journey, creating a safe, non-judgmental space for reflection, healing, and growth. It would be my privilege to work with you to empower you to navigate life’s difficulties.
